How to choose the right chemical reactor for cathode precursor synthesis?

The chemical reactor for precursor cathode active materials synthesis of many other companies mainly has the following problems:


1. There are structural deficiencies in the reactor, poor internal thermal insulation performance, poor protection ability, and leakage is easy to occur if the bile wall inside the precursor reactor is broken;

2. There is a bearing seat at the bottom of the main shaft but the service life of the bearing seat is short, so the bearing seat needs to be replaced frequently which increases the maintenance cost;

3. The belt drive motor causes excessive power loss;

4. The motor directly drives the main shaft which the large impact force generated when starting up, so it may easily break or deform the main shaft;

5. The temperature of the precursor reactor’s body and the pH control during the complexation process inside the reactor device is not stable;

6. If the reactor’s body and internal dynamic balance are not well done, the bolts need to be fixed;

7. As the finished products of nmc cathode precursor material, there are 3um (single crystal); 6um; 10um. It is difficult for universal use for the normal cathode precursor reactor, and the stirring blade inside the reactor needs to be replaced if you want to produce different sizes of the cathode precursor.

8. The production capacity of the cathode precursor reactor is small.
