Cathode Solution company is set up as tech consultant, design and dealing with cathode  equipments based on our on-site massive factory production . We have the in-house capabilities to scope, design, manufacture, and project manage all stages of the process development lifecycle.

Our team consists of scientists, electrical and mechanical engineers. Some staffs graduated from China's most famous electrochemical materials professtional --Central South University, from which created a lot of leading enterprises which takes up almost 60% in Chinese lithium ion battery industry. 

 

From 2013, we work together to combine our specialisms and years of experience to deliver high-quality service for our commercial clients as below scope:
1.  NMC pCAM(precursor cathode active materials) and LFP CAM (cathode active materials) synthesis from lab scale, pilot scale to industrial scale, related tech consulting and tech transfer.
2. Key devices design and produce, like chemical continuous stirred tank reactor, spray dryer and rotary dryer for NCM LFP cathode materials synthesis. 
3. Turnkey solution as design and installation engineering (including process and equipment design, standard equipment selection, non-standard equipment design and selection, equipment connection, equipment foundation, equipment anti-corrosion, equipment layout, production commissioning, etc.) for lab line,  pilot line and factory commercial production line of NMC pCAM and LFP CAM.
